Correlation to Standards
Bridging the Watershed's curriculum supports numerous state and local standards of learning. The modules are simply a more hands-on, engaging way to teach the material teachers must cover during the year. See below for correlations to the standards of the jurisdictions in the Potomac Watershed

Bridging the Watershed field studies offer an authentic opportunity for students to collect watershed ecology data in national parks, just as scientists or field scientists might. Back in the classroom, students can use BTW's action kit to guide them through analysis of that data. Below you will find data from all field studies, beginning in spring 2010, to allow for even more robust analyses.
