Adopt A Site: Employee-Volunteer Opportunities:

  1. Sponsoring organizations are invited and encouraged to recruit employees to "adopt" a new Cleanup site or participate in the Trash Cleanup at a pre-existing Cleanup site needing volunteers.
  2. Sponsoring organizations who adopt a new site will receive supply packets containing "how to" instructions for managing a Cleanup site, plastic garbage and recycling bags, and gloves for volunteers.

Deadlines:

  • By February 29, 2008, all Stream-level sponsors and higher need to commit to sponsorship and submit company logos for the Cleanup’s volunteer giveaway.
  • Organizations should commit to sponsorship by May 9, 2008 for listing in the 2008 Summit brochures.
  • Organizations are added to the website within one week of committing to sponsorship.
