Summer Science Institute (for Prince George’s County Teachers)

Join Alice Ferguson Foundation’s experienced educators for a hands-on, minds-on
in-person learning experience June 26th-30th.

This year’s training will be held at Hard Bargain Farm Environmental Center in Accokeek, Maryland.

We Will:

• Explore our environment.
• Engage in reflection.
• Discover and create ideas to teach students.

You Should:

• Be a teacher in grades 4-8 in Prince George’s County.
• Expect to engage in whole group experiences.
• Be prepared to explore outdoor spaces.
• Expect to have fun learning!

Participants earn a stipend of $875.
