Plan Your Event

Experience a day at our 330-acre historic farm, nestled in the forests and wetlands of Piscataway Park. Find yourself in a warm and inviting private space in our 1930’s farmhouse, amid historic items from the Ferguson collection, or host your meeting in our state-of-the-art “Living” conference center. The rolling hills, sweeping forests and shoreline boardwalk provide breathtaking, scenic locations that feel a world away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Corporate Retreats

Make this year’s corporate event one to remember. We specialize in green, low-impact meetings and events, located on our environmental campus nestled in the forests and wetlands of Accokeek Park, on the shore of the Potomac River. Bring your green meeting or event to our historic farmhouse (a National Historic Landmark) and renovated barn, or to the only Platinum LEED certified building in Maryland to use solar and geothermal power. Experience net-zero impact in our state-of-the-art green conference center—the 13th constructed “Living” building in the world—or enjoy gorgeous view of Mount Vernon and the dome of Washington’s Capitol from our historic farmhouse.

Whether your team is 10 or 100, we provide the space, as well as optional team-building and educational activities.

Volunteer Days of Service

Team-building and employee engagement, all while supporting a great cause. We offer half-day and full-day service opportunities for groups of 50 to 150 volunteers, which include team-building exercises, optional educational activities, and hands on volunteering. Volunteer activities range from helping out in the barnyard and educational gardens, clearing student trails, preserving historical documents in our 1930’s farmhouse, and more.

Holiday Parties & Events

Agriculture, environmental stewardship and history meet on our 330-acre campus. Enjoy your holiday party or corporate event by the crackling fireplace in our historic farmhouse, cozy renovated barn, or zero impact green conference center.
